3 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup cooked rice
2 t. vanilla
1/4 t. salt
2 1/2 cups heated whole milk (half and half)

Directions:
Directions:
Heat milk to scald. Beat eggs. Add sugar, milk, rice, vanilla and salt. Beat. Place in lightly greased casserole (small). Dot with about 1 t. butter. Sprinkle with a little nutmeg and cinnamon. Bake at 325º for one hour or until set. Place in pan of water when you bake.
