Melt 1 stick butter in microwave bowl add 1/3 c. flour whip good. Add 1 1/2 c. sugar and 2 c. half and half milk. stir Microwave for 5 minutes. Remove and stir good. Return to microwave and microwave 5 to 6 more minutes. Spread in a baked pie shell and sprinkle with cinnamon or nutmeg.
