2 sticks butter
6 oz. cream cheese
2 c. flour
2 c. brown sugar
3 eggs
3 T. melted butter
1 t. vanilla
1/4 t. salt
1 c. pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Mix 2 sticks of softened butter with cream cheese, add flour. Make into teaspoon sized balls and press into a mini muffin pan until it comes up the sides. Mix brown sugar, eggs, melted butter and vanilla. Add salt. Fill mini muffins. Sprinkle with chopped pecans. Bake on 350 for 15 minutes. Check and see if they are done. Ovens vary so you have to watch them.
