1 1/2 cups flour
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter

6 ounces butterscotch chips
2 T. butter
1/2 cup light Karo syrup
1 T. water
13 1/2 ounces salted Spanish peanuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cream first three ingredients and pat onto 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 325º for 10 minutes.

Melt butterscotch chips and butter. Add Karo syrup and water. Mix together. Add peanuts. Pour mixture onto crust and bake at 325º for 10 minutes.
