1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
2T. dried tomatoes
1 1/2 T. rosemary
1 T. sugar
1/4 t. pepper18 oz cheese tortellini, cooked and rinsed
1 pint grape tomatoes, cut in half
3 T. minced onion
1/2 cup olive oil
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together except tortellini and tomatoes. Add tortellini and tomatoes to dressing mixture. Toss and turn. Chill for 2 hours.
