40 Nilla wafers, finely crushed (about 1/2 cups)
1/2 stick butter or margarine, melted
2 cups cold milk
2 small pkgs. Jello Vanilla Instant Pudding
8 ounces of Cool Whip
2 cups orange sherbet, softened

Directions:
Directions:
Mix wafer crumbs and butter. Press firmly into bottom of prepared pan 9 x 13 pan (I use a little smaller pan). Set aside until ready to use.

Add milk to dry pudding mix in medium bowl, blend, beat with wire whisk 2 minutes or until well blended. Gently stir in half of the Cool Whip, spooning evenly over crust. Refrigerate 10 minutes. Add remaining Cool Whip to sherbet. Stir with wire whisk until well blended. Spoon evenly over pudding layer. Cover.

Freeze at least 3 hours or overnight. Cut into squares to serve. Store dessert in freezer.
