1 1/2 cups brown sugar
2/3 cup vegetable oil
1 egg
2 1/2 cups flour
1 t. each baking soda, salt and vanilla
1 cup buttermilk
1 1/2 cups chopped rhubarb
nuts optional

Topping:

1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 t. cinnamon
1 T. butter or margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Mix bread ingredients well and pour into 2 large greased and floured loaf pans.

Topping: Mix and put on top before baking. Press in a little with fork.

Bake at 350 for 1 hour
