1 taza de harina sin preparar
80 grs. de margarina
1 cucharadita de polvo de hornear
1 yema
agua helada

3 poros cortados horizontalmente por mitad y luego en tiritas finas (sólo la parte blanca)
50 grs. de margarina
3 cucharadas de queso parmesano
3 cucharadas de harina
1 ½ taza de leche
3 huevos
100 grs. de jamón

Saltear el poro con la margarina hasta volverlo transparente y ligeramente amarillito (sin dorarlo). Agregar el harina, luego la leche y cocinar. Retirar del fuego y añadirle los huevos batidos, el queso rallado, el jamón, sal y pimienta.

Poner al horno a 325º F hasta que cuaje.
