1 box German Chocolate cake mix
1 bag (14oz.) light caramels
1 sm. can evaporated milk
3/4 c. butter ( very soft )
1 c. chopped nuts
1 sm. bag chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
1. Grease and flour 9x13 pan. Preheat oven to 350.

2. Melt caramels with 1/3 c. evaporated milk in tip of double boiler. Mix together cake mix, butter and remaining 1/3 c. evaporated milk. Press 2/3c.dough in bottom of pan. Bake for 6 min. remove from oven.

3. Pour melted caramels over pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and nuts. Dot with remaining dough and bake for 16-18 min. Cool
