INGREDIENTS for 60 servings
16 cups vanilla ice cream, softened
3 (8 ounce) cans coconut cream or coconut milk
3 (46 fluid ounce) cans pineapple juice
2 (2 liter) bottles lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage
Directions:

1. In a large plastic container, combine ice cream,

Coconut cream and pineapple juice. Mix well and slowly stir in the lemon-lime soda. Freeze until slushy maybe an hour or two.

If you freeze to long it will get solid. Serve with a straw. I use a little less carbonated beverage then the recipe calls for, but either way, it is still really good.

I would make 60 servings if you are having 30 people because most people want more.
This is the recipe used at your wedding!
