Sift
2 cups flour
1/2 Teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon soda
1 cup sugar
Combine:
1 beaten egg
2 tablespoons melted butter
2 tablespoons hot water
1/2 cup orange juice
14 cup grated orange rind

Directions:
Directions:
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir until moistened; add 1 cup cut cranberries and 1/2 cup chopped nuts. Bake one hour and 10 minutes at 325 degrees in 2 well greased 1 lb. loaf pans. Chill, wrap and refrigerate or freeze.©
