1 med onion Minced
1 clove garlic Minced
2 cups cooked turkey*
2 cups cooked wild rice**
1 15 oz can white beans
2 4oz cans chopped green chilis
1 11oz can white shoe peg corn
1 14.5oz can chicken broth
1 ½ tsp cumin
Hot pepper sauce to taste
Grated Monteray Jack Cheese

1. Saute onion and garlic. Add rest of ingredients
and heat.
2. Top with grated Monteray jack cheese

**1 cup of uncooked wild rice made about 4 cups
