24 mint Oreo cookies
1/3 c melted butter or Margarine
4 c whole strawberries or frozen
1/2 c sugar
1/2 c water
1/4 c cornstarch
2 c whipping cream
2 c mini marshmallows
strawberries to garnish if you wish
Directions:
Directions:
Press cookies and melted butter into a 9 in pan. Chill until firm. I large saucepan, combine strawberries, sugar, water, cornstarch. Cook and stir over med. heat until thickened. Remove from heat and cool in the frig. Spread cooled mixture over cookie base. Whip the cream and fold in mini marshmellows. Spread over strawberry mixture. Refrigerate to set before serving. GArnish with fresh berries if you like.
