1 13 0z can white shoe peg corn
1 13 oz can baby peas
1 13 oz can french style green beans
1/2 c green onions - chopped
1/2 c mangos - chopped (optional)
1/2 c pimentos
1 c vinegar
1/2 c vegetable oil
1/2 c sugar
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Drain vegetables and stir in all ingredients. Refrigerate overnight.
