1 box white cake mix
1 small box pistachio instant pudding
1 cup club soda or 7-up
3 eggs
1 cup vegetable oil
1/2 - 1 cup chopped nuts (opt)

Topping:

1 small box pistachio instant pudding
1 cup cold milk
1 (9 ounce) Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all cake ingredients and pour into a greased pan. Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes, testing with a toothpick.

Mix pistachio pudding and milk together until thick. Then add Cool Whip. Ice cake and refrigerate.
