14 oz artichoke hearts (drained and chopped)
1 c mayonnaise
1 c Parmesan cheese
1 clove garlic (minced)
10 oz frozen chopped spinach (thawed & drained)
2/3 c sour cream
1/2 c chopped green onions
6 oz water chestnuts (chopped)
1/2 tsp herb-seasoned salt
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp dill weed
1 tsp lemon juice

Combine all ingredients. Mix well. Lightly grease casserole dish and spread mixture into dish. Bake 20 minutes at 350F.

Can be served cold.

Crab meat may be added if desired along with Old Bay Seasoning.

Note: Makes enough to fill a 1 1/2 quart casserole.
