1/2 lb cream cheese
1/4 lb Roquefort cheese
2 cloves garlic, crushed
juice of 1/2 lemon
chopped parsley
3/4 dashes Worcestershire Sauce

Run cream cheese and Roquefort cheese through coarse strainer into mixing bowl, add rest of ingredients, adding enough cream to make of a right consistency to spread.

Personal Notes:
This was served at the Bull Run Club in Shirley Massachusetts. The owner gave Nana the receipe.
