1 1/2 lb ground beef
1 cup chopped onions
1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
1/2 cup mushrooms
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp red pepper
1 sprig parsley
1 can beef broth
2 cups cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat, Add onions, bell peppers and cook until tender. Add remaining ingredients except rice. Let simmer for 5 minutes then add rice. Mix thoroughly and pour into casserole and bake for 12 minutes at 350.
