1 egg yolk, raw
2 hard cooked egg yolks
1 cup salad oil
1 tsp salt
2 T vinegar or lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all 3 yolks real well with fork or spoon in small mixing bowl. Add half the salad oil and stir with mixer until thickens. Add vinegar and salt stir well, Should be light and creamy.
