5 lbs lean ground beef
1 lb. ground pork
2 large raw potatoes-grated
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp pepper
1 lg. minced onion
1 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp. allspice
1 tsp nutmeg
2 T. sugar

Directions:

Mix together above ingredients - roll into very small balls. Brown in 350 oven for approx 20 - 25 minutes.
