4 tbsp of unflavored gelatin
2/1/2 pounds of sharp chedder cheese
9 pounds of cream cheese
5 tsp of diced red peppers
2oz of yellow food coloring
3 tsp of garlic salt
3 tsp of white pepper
1 cup of horseradish (optional)

Add ingredients to mixing bowl and whip in electric mixer until thick and creamy. chill over night.
