2 lbs. Velveeta
1 lb. hot sausage
1 lb. hamburger
1 regular can diced Rotel
1 regular jar Picante sauce
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions:
Brown and drain meat. Add rest to crock pot. Add meat after the cheese has melted, and the rest of the ingredients have been blended. Serve with nacho chips of your choice.

This is very popular where ever I take it. Great for parties and carry-ins. You can make it mild or hot by varying the spiciness of the sausage and Picante sauce. I use regular sausage and mild Picante sauce and it has plenty of spice.
