Beef ribeye uncut with lip on
Lawry's © seasoned salt
Garlic salt
Black pepper
Dried rosemary
Minor's© Beef base
3 cups of water

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º F.
Don't cut the lip off the roast season top side heavily with salt, garlic, and pepper. Then sprinkle on rosemary patting down onto the meat.
Place in oven for 3-4hrs depending on how done you want it to be.
Aujus: Boil water and wisk in beef base taste for saltiness.

The cooking time is based on a whole ribeye loin to be cooked medium rare. Cook longer for more doneness
