3.5 - 4 pound sirloin tip or rump roast
1 -12-16 oz. jar giardiniera (mild)
1 -12-16 oz. jar peppercini
1 envelope Good Seasons "zesty" Italian salad dressing mix
3 -10 3/4 oz. cans of beef broth

Directions:
Directions:
Drain the oil from the jar of giardiniera. Place the roast in a large slow cooker and mix in all the ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 18 hours. When done, remove the roast and scoop out the giardiniera and peppercini. Slice or break apart the roast and return to the beef broth. Serve the giardiniera and peppercini on the side as a condiment.
