2 c. butter, softened
2 c. sugar
2 c. broan sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
4 c. flour
5 c. steel-cut oats ground up into flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
6 oz milk chocolate chips
6 oz. semisweet chocolate chips
1-8oz. bar bittersweet chocolate ground up into powder
3 c. walnuts

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375º F.

In an electric mixer, cream together butter and sugars until light and fluffy, add eggs and vanilla until well mixed.

In a bowl, mix together flour, oatmeal, salt, baking soda and baking powder.

Add dry ingredients to electric mixer and mix.

Add chocolate chips, chocolate bar powder and nuts. Do not overmix.

Place balls on baking sheets. Bake in batches for 8-10 min. Cookies will appear raw in center but that is ok.
