4 - 6 potatoes (peeled and sliced)
1 pound hamburger
1 medium onion (sliced)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can tomato soup

Directions:
Directions:
In a small roaster (or large casserole dish), greased, layer 1/2 of the potatoes on bottom, 1/2 of the ground beef in small dabs on top of potatoes and 1/2 the onion.
Salt and pepper and then spread 1/2 can mushroom soup over the top,then spread 1/2 can of tomato soup over top.
Repeat a second layer with remaining ingredients (same as first layer). Salt and pepper.
Dot with 5 - 6 tsp. of butter on top and bake at 350º for 1 1/2 - 2 hours, or until potatoes are done.
