3/4 cup pancake flour (Bisquick)
3 T. margarine (melted)
3/4 t. salt
1 cup milk
1 egg, beaten
2 cups grated potatoes
1/4 cup chopped onion

Directions:
Directions:
Place pancake mix and salt in bowl. Add milk, egg and margarine, stirring until smooth. Stir into potatoes and onion. Fry on lightly greased griddle. Bake about 4 minutes on each side. Serve with syrup.
