3 cups rhubarb
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup water
3 ounce pkg. strawberry jello
1 pkg miniature marshmallows
1 regular sized box of yellow cake mix
Directions:
Directions:
Cook rhubarb, sugar and water together until rhubarb is tender. Add jello and stir so it is completely mixed in.

Grease 9 x 13 pan. Put 1 pkg. miniature marshmallows on bottom. Mix cake mix as directed on box. Pour cake mix over marshmallows and then pour rhubarb mixture over cake mix. Bake at 350º for 50 minutes or until it tests done.

Serve with Cool Whip
