1/4 cup Olive oil 1 T. butter 5 cloves minced garlic 1 t. red pepper flakes (may want to use less) 2-3 drops red pepper sauce 1 lb. asparagus cut in 1 1/2 inch pieces 1 lb. fettuccine Large pkg. pepperoni
Saute garlic, hot sauce and pepper flakes in oil and butter for 2-3 minutes. Add asparagus and cook until asparagus is al dente. Add meat which has been cut into fours and mix with cooked pasta. Add salt and pepper to taste and top with fresh grated Parmesan cheese.
