1 large can tomatoes, chopped or blended 2 cucumbers, peeled and chopped
1 red onion, peeled and chopped
2 green peppers, chopped
2 quarts tomato juice
1 T wine vinegar
1/3 c olive oil
1 T garlic powder
1 T salt
T pepper

Directions:

Mix all ingredients. Serve very cold.
Best if allowed to chill overnight
