Ingredients:  
1 lb sharp cheddar cheese, grated
4 T butter
2 c flour
t salt
t cayenne pepper (or to taste)
Water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, salt, and pepper.
Cut in butter and mix in cheese.
Add water to make stiff dough not sticky.
Roll inch thick. Cut into bars or sticks.
Bake at 350 degreese for about 20 minutes.
