1/2 c cooking oil
2 lg eggs
2 c flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
3 T milk
1 c chopped nuts (optional)
1 1/2 c sugar
3 overripe bananas
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla

Put all ingredients, except nuts in large bowl and beat well. Fold in nuts. Pour into greased and floured pan. Bake at 350 for 55-65 minutes. Do not overbake. Toothpick inserted in middle of loaf will come out clean when bread is done. Cool. Store overnight before cutting.
