2 cups flour
2 tsp soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup coconut
1 apple grated
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/4 cup sugar
2 cups grated carrots
1/3 cup walnuts
3 eggs
1 cup vegetable oil

Mix dry ingredients. Stir in the rest of ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees 20-25 minutes

When my mother and father were dating, Mildred often went with them. Mom has many fond memories of Aunt Mildred and the fun times they used to have together.
Our family used to love to go to their farm. It was quite a drive so we had to definitely plan ahead for that trip!
