32 oz. Frozen Broccoli
1 medium Onion
1 Tbsp. Butter
1 Tbsp. Flour
1 Cup Milk
8 oz. crème cheese (softened) - not whipped or anything like that.
8 oz. Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese (shredded)

Fresh Croutons
2 Tbsp. Melted Butter
2 Slices Bread ( doesn't really matter what kind), cut in cubes.

Directions:
Place frozen broccoli in a 13 x 9 baking dish. Slice onion in wide slices (1/2 - 3/4 inch), combine with broccoli.

Melt butter in sauce pan on low heat, stir in flour to make a paste. Gradually add milk, stirring continuously at medium heat. Gradually add cream cheese, and continue stirring until it reaches a smooth consistency. Pour over broccoli, onion mixture. Top with shredded cheese.

Toss bread cubes in butter and place on top of casserole.

Bake in pre-heated 350º oven for 45 minutes or until cheese is melted and croutons are brown. Allow to rest for 10 minutes before serving.
