1 lb. baby carrots
1-1/2 sticks butter
1 c. brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Steam carrots to desired tenderness. Meanwhile, melt butter in 2 qt. saucepan. Add brown sugar. Melt down, add carrots when cooked. Stir together. Let simmer approx. 5 min. Serve.
