Crust:
1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
6 c. rhubarb, diced
2/3 c. flour
1 c. sugar

Filling:
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
4 eggs
1 c. sugar

Topping:
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Crust: Combine 1 c. flour and butter and pat into 13x9 in. pan. Mix rhubarb, 2/3 c. flour and sugar together and pour over crust. Bake @ 425 for 15 min.
Filling: Combine cream cheese and sugar, add in eggs (beat in one at a time). Pour over rhubarb. Bake @ 350 for 30 min.
Topping: Mix well and spread over cake while hot. It will melt in.
