1 CUP SUGAR
2 EGGS
1 TSP. VANILLA
1/3 CUPS MILK
1/2 CUP BUTTER OR MARGARINE

TOPPING:

1 CUP FIRMLY PACKED BROWN SUGAR
1/3 CUP ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
1/3 CUP BUTTER OR MARGARINE
1 CUP FINELY CHOPPED PECANS

COMBINE 1ST. INGREDIENTS BEAT WITH MIXER TILL SMOOTH. SPOON INTO A BUTTER COATED 2 QT. SHALLOW CASSEROLE.

COMBINE OTHER INGREDIENTS: SPRINKLE OVER TOP OF CASSEROLE.

BAKE IN PREHEATED OVEN 350º FOR 30 MINUTES OR UNTIL BROWN ON TOP.
