2 lb. beef
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 large onion
1/2 lb. mushrooms (fresh)
garlic
olive oil
3 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. beef broth
3 tbsp. ketchup
1/4 c. sherry
1 c. sour cream
noodles


Directions:
Directions:
Marinate beef in Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce. Saute onions, mushrooms and garlic in olive oil. Add flour. Then add the remaining ingredients, except sour cream and heat until sauce thickens. Add sour cream. Serve over noodles.
