11 egg yolks
2 cups sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon lemon extract
2 cups cake flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup of milk

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, sugar and salt together for 10 minutes. Sift 5 times: flour and baking powder. Add flour and milk alternately to mixture of eggs. Add salt and flavoring.
Bake in ungreased 13x9"pan for 1 hour at 350. Increase hat a little toward end of baking period - at least until brown.
