1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 cup flour
1 cup quick oats
1 6 oz. pkgs chocolate chips
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup peanut butter
2-4 Tbsp. milk

Directions:

Cream butter, white sugar and brown sugar. Blend in egg, 1/2 cup peanut butter, baking soda and vanilla. Stir in flour and quick oats. Spread in a greased 9 x 13" baking pan. Bake at 350º for 20-25 minutes. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and when they melt, spread evenly over peanut butter bars. Combine powdered sugar and 1/4 cup peanut butter with milk until smooth. Drizzle over top of bars. Let cool and cut.
