2 pie crusts (buy a package of 2)
Diced cooked chicken
Chicken gravy (leftover or made with broth)
Vegetables (peas, shredded carrots, green beans, diced celery, etc)
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Cut each pie crust into 8 wedges. Mix chicken, gravy and vegetables. Put a nice serving on each pie crust wedge. Put top on each. Make egg wash of beaten egg and water to thin. Use egg wash as glue to hold top and bottom crust together. Seal with fork tines. Brush with egg wash. Bake at 350 until nicely brow.
