1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 lb. snow peas
5 oz. can water chestnuts, sliced
3 or 4 green onions (scallions), sliced

Dressing for salad:
1 clove garlic, sliced or chopped
1/2 cup canola oil
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. wine vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sugar

Mix ingredients of dressing - pour over salad ingredients - refrigerate until ready to eat.
