1-2 pounds bratwurst
1 lb ground beef divided into patties
3-4 cans beer
4 tbsp butter
1/2 onion chopped
salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Par-boil bratwurst. Salt and pepper to taste on the hamburgers patties. Grill bratwurst and hamburgers.

Make sauce for meat. Use your worst or favorite beer and pour into 5-quart pan. Add butter and onion. Bring to a boil and add cooked meal. Simmer for 20-30 minutes and enjoy!
