Turkey liver and gizzard
1/2 lb ground beef
1/2 onion
1 celery stalk
1 med.to large bag of unseasoned croutons
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp poultry seasoning
1 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cook liver and gizzard till done. Brown ground beef. Drain beef and grind liver, gizzard, beef, celery and onion. Mix in the croutons. Moisten with the egg and milk. Add salt and poultry seasing. Dressing should be thick not runny. Stuff the Turkey with dressing. Any excess can be put in a loaf pan and baked with the temperature set for the turkey.

Okay guys, Mom does not measure so there is not a written measurement for the croutons, but add until you feel you have reached the right consistency. Same with the milk, go small until you are at the right consistency.
