Pastry (triple)
1/3 cup conf. sugar
teaspoon salt
1 cup flour
teaspoon baking powder
1/3 cup butter
egg and 1 tablespoon milk

Soak - 1 cup wheat for 3 days. Change water 4x day

Filling:
4 eggs
cup sugar
4 tablespoons conf. sugar
3 teaspoons vanilla
1 pounds ricotta cheese
cup (scan) wheat

Directions:
Directions:
Make pastry into pie dough and place in pie dish.
Pour in pie filling.

375 degrees 40-45 minutes
