Cheese Cake Recipe

1 sugar
cup powdered sugar
3 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoons grated lemon peel
teaspoon vanilla
2.5 # cream cheese
1 teaspoon lemon juice
5 eggs unbeaten-- 2 egg yolks
cup heavy cream or milk

Line pan with graham cracker crumbs

Beat cheese, sugar and flour together. Add lemon peel and vanilla. Beat until smooth and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time. Stir in heavy cream. Beat egg whites and fold into mixture.

Small cheese cakes:
1 vanilla wafer in cupcake holders
2 (8) ounce pkgs of cream cheese
2 eggs
cup sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla

Mix and bake 20 minutes 350 degrees. Top with pie filling. Okay to freeze.
