1 lb ground beef
2 tablspoons chopped onion
1 can tomato soup
Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef and drain. Saute onions until soft and mix in with ground beef. Salt to taste. Add tomato soup mix well. Add a can of water (using tomato soup can) to mix and let simmer till reduced approximately 20 miniutes and stirring occasionally. Serve as sandwhich with dinner rolls or biscuits.

My daughter loves these and we call them Sloppy Ruthie's! My brother Ron likes to put a layer of chips on his sandwhich. It is Yummy! This can also be served as filling for tacos or just as a dip with chips!
