1 lb hamburger 1/2 c chopped celery 1/2 c chopped onion 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of chicken soup 1/2 cup minute rice 1/4 cup soy sauce 2 c water 1 large can/bag chow mein noodles
Brown beef then drain. Add Celery and onion, heat on simmer. Add soups, rice, soy sauce, and water Mix well, bake 1hr @350 degrees. Pour chow mein noodles to cover top, bake another 15 min Serve hot with the rest of the noodles on the table.
