3-4 lb beef rump round roast
1 can beef broth
1 can of any kind beer (12 oz)
1 jar pickled Jalapeno peppers or any type of pickled spicy peppers (16 oz) or 1-4 oz can diced jalpenos.
1 tsp Oregano
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Meat Rub: Combine oregano, garlic powder salt and pepper

Rub the roast with the meat rub on both sides and place fat side up in crock pot..

Mix broth, beer, peppers with juice and pour over roast in crockpot. Cook on low for 9-10 hours or longer until meat is cooked and tender.

Slice or shred and eat with favorite biscuits or dinner rolls.
