2 c. filtered water
2 c. milk powder
2 tbsp. yogurt (from a friend)
2 c. nearly-boiling water
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together filtered water, powdered milk and yogurt starter.
Add hot water, stirring rapidly to blend. Pour mixture in 2 hot quart jars. Place jars in a warm, quiet corner of the kitchen, wrapped in a thick nest of towels. Allow to set. Refrigerate as soon as it is set.
